Calvin Thomas Bartley, Jr.

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Jones Funeral Home 715 Sixth Street Morgan City, LA., from 11:00 AM until funeral services at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow services in the Shields Cemetery in Patterson, LA.

Memories of Calvin will forever remain in the hearts of his five daughters,  Jeanette (Wayne) Bartley-Williams, Beverly Ann (Michael) Bartley-Simmons of Patterson, LA,  Glennie Bartley of La Place, LA  and Debbie (Walter) Skipper of Patterson, LA and Shelia (Ralph) Carlton of Bayou Vista, LA; other children to his marriage to his wife Ferrelltene, Ernest Ray, Jr. of Patterson, LA, Julia (Robert) Duncan of New Orleans, LA and Debbie Henderson of Cibolo, TX; four brothers, Cleveland Bartley of Morgan City, LA, Roger (Faith) Bartley, Sr. of Patterson, LA, Warren Bartley, Sr. of Houston, TX, and Ralph R. Bartley of El Paso, TX; nineteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Calvin was preceded in death by his wives, Annie Mae Augman and Ferrelltene Henderson Bartley; his parents, Calvin T. Bartley, Sr. and Elma Bartley; two daughters, Alma Williams and Juan Bartley; two sisters, Leona Bartley and Carol Jean, and a stepson, Willie Francis.
