A memorial service will be held on Friday June 3, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home 715 Sixth Street Morgan City, LA. Military Honors will be conducted following the services with the East St. Mary Parish Veterans Honor Guard rendering honors. Charles will be laid to rest on Tuesday June 7, 2022 in the Louisiana National Cemetery in Zachary, LA.
Memories of Charles will forever remain in the hearts of his mother, Gloria W. Smith and a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
