David Spencer, 51, a native Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died Wednesday, June 26, 2014 at Canon Hospice in New Orleans, LA. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Jones Funeral Home of Houma. He is survived by: his mother, Della Mitchell-Toussaint; stepfather, Rev. Isaiah Toussaint; grandmother, Betty Mitchell; and a brother, Roland (Felicia) Spencer. He was preceded in death by: his father, Elijah Spencer; and grandfather, Jim Mitchell.
