Doris Kemp-Butler

Visitation will be Tuesday December 23, 2014 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street in Franklin, La., from 8:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Little Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Verdunville, La.

Cherished and divine memories of will forever be remembered by her loving and devoted nieces; Celeste A. Robinson (Glen Sr.), Veronica K. Dennis (Henry Sr.) and Andrea D. Paul (Wilbert Jr.) all of Franklin, LA and Monica M. Kemp of Verdunville, LA; nephews, Anthony Kemp (Doris) of Seattle, WA, Alfred Kemp, III and Christopher J. Kemp, Sr. (Alisha) both of Franklin, LA, Beverly J. Kemp (Mary Ann) of Verdunville, LA  and Barbara Wilson (Willie) of Desoto, TX as well as several other great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends.

Ms. Butler was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Lillie Davis-Kemp; three sisters, Alberta Kemp, Sarah Kemp, and Lillie Mae Kemp; two brothers, Milton Kemp and Alfred Kemp, Jr.; one nephew Alton M. Kemp, Sr. and one great-nephew, Glen C. Robinson, Jr.
