Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 10:00 AM until funeral time at 12:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home 230 S. Hollywood Rd., Houma, LA 70360. Burial will follow at Crescent Farm Cemetery.
Geraldine is survived by her brothers; Evans Jr., Leonard, Herman (Kathleen), Earl (Chandra) and Sylvester (Donna Ann) Smith. Sisters; Gustavia Richardson, Hattie Coleman (Ernest, Sr.), Vera Hodges (Thomas); Patricia Smith and Sandra Smith (Lawrence). Godchild, Ernest Coleman, Jr., brother-in-law; Edgie L. Richardson, sister-in-law; Patricia L. Smith and a host of relatives and friends.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents; Evans Smith, Sr. and Dorothy Celestine Smith and husband; Joe Willis Jones. Brothers; Robert Smith, Sr., and Jerry L. Smith and sisters; Dorothy Mae Smith, Emily W. Lee and Amy Ann Smith.
