Irene "Momma Irene" Harris

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Moses Baptist Church, 1032 Canal Blvd., Thibodaux, LA 70301. Burial will follow in Blue Lily Cemetery on Johnson Ridge.

She is survived by: ten children (10) Ellis Harris, Jr. (Patricia) of Thibodaux, LA, Elgin Harris (DeLinda) of Portland, OR, Elvis Harris (Cheryl) of Thibodaux, LA, Eric Harris (Joann) of Gray, LA, Elroy Harris (Tataniesha) of Gray, LA, Gladys Harris (Wilbert), Lorraine Harris, Yvette Harris, Amanda Harris and Shelly Harris all of Thibodaux, LA; eleven siblings (11) Rosemary Domino (Henry), Ella Narcisse and Barbara Grow of Vacherie, LA, Dianne Pierre (Warren) of Edgard, LA, Ann Johnson of Gray, LA, Yvonne Johnson (David) of Thibodaux, LA, Lloyd Every (Delores) and Ronald Every of Marrero, LA, James Every, Philip Every and Arthur Every all of Thibodaux, LA; her grandchldren; greatgrandchildren; a great-great grandchild; three sisters-in-law, Delores Every, Daisy Harris and Mary Harris; four brothers-in-law, David Johnson, Warren Pierre, Henry Domino and Ritney Harris; her eldest uncle and aunt, Louis Arsan and Leotha Triggs; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by; her husband, Ellis Harris, Sr.; her parents, Lloyd, Sr. and Velma Arsan Every; one brother, Willie "Jam" Every; a nephew, Christopher Every; and two nieces, Ashley Landry and Kim Every Armont.
