Janice J Wiggins age 56 a native and a resident of Franklin, La., passed away Monday, Oct 28th at 12:36 PM at Leonard Chabert Medical Center-Houma. Visitation will be Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Crossing Place, 1096 Northwest Blvd., in Franklin, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery. Janice leave to cherish her memories; four sons, Aaron Wiggins of Lafayette, La., Donald R. Wiggins, Jr., of Franklin, La., Erroll D. Wiggins and Terroll J. Wiggins both of Atlanta, GA; one daughter, Hendrika R. Proctor of Grovetown, GA; six brothers, Timothy Parker, Jr., of Lafayette, La; Wendell Bellard, Bernard Bellard, Kenneth Ray Bellard, Terrance Ballet and Torrence Ballet all of Franklin, La; seven sisters, Felecia Polidore of Bossier City, La., Jasmine Webb, Brenda Parker and Dana Bellard all of Franklin, La., Redins Jones of Miami, Fl., Laura Ann Layton of Richmond, CA., and Angela Jones of Lafayette, La; nine grandchildren, Shondrika, D'Andre, Devan, Damon, Sierra, Madison, Paige, Jordyn and Dre'Dan and a host of relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, James (Rebecca Foster) Bellard.
