Larry Lee Kelly Baker

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Mount Zion Baptist Church (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing). 307 Second Street in Franklin, LA., from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 PM. Pastor Noah Smith will officiate the services. Military Honors will immediately follow funeral services. 

Larry enlisted in the United States Army and was later discharged, receiving a Honorable Discharge. 

Memories of Larry will forever remain in the hearts of his wife, Bessie Kelly of Franklin, LA; son, Larry Williams of Sioux City, IA; brothers, Lonny Ray Baker, Sr. and Walter Baker, Jr.; sisters, Linda (Nathaniel) Bowles, Debra Blanks, and Patricia (George) Hamilton all of Franklin, LA; two step-children and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Walter Baker, Sr.; mother, Willie B. Rack and his maternal grandparents, Henry and Flora Kelly and his paternal grandparents.
