Visitation will be observed on Tuesday January 5, 2016 at the Jones Funeral Home 715 Sixth Street in Morgan City, LA from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM.
Louis was a veteran of the United States Navy, receiving an Honorable Discharge.

Memories of Louis will forever remain and be cherished in the hearts of his siblings, Barbara W. Chapman (Randolph) of Houma, LA, Eddie Wilson, Jr. (Joan) of Thibodaux, LA, Ronald C. Wilson (Evelyn) of Patterson, LA, Brenda W. Brooks and Sharon L. Oliver (John) both of Handover, MD as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.
Louis was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Wilson, Sr. and Bernice H. Wilson; his paternal grandparents, Eugene and Charlotte R. Wilson and his maternal grandparents, Edward Woodard and Clara P. Woodard.
