Mary Louise ""Chubby"" Miller, 57, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 2:57 a.m.Visitation will be Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. at New Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.She is survived by: one son, Cyreal (Lakeisha) Miller; three daughters, Tameka, Courtney, and Tawanda Miller; five sisters, Betty Bivens, Carolyn Miller, Marian Miller, Lois (Charles) Simmons, and Debra (Bryan Ezell) Miller; two brothers, Freddie Miller, III. and Calvin (Karen) Miller; one uncle, Samuel (Charlette) Shepherd and fifteen grandchildren.She was preceded in death by: her parents, Freddie, Sr. and Earlis Carter-Miller; three brothers, Freddie, Jr., Edward Joe and Ernest Miller, Sr.; two granchildren, Cory and Christen Davis; one niece, Tawanda Lynn Miller; and one nephew, Bryan Jerome Miller.Jones Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.
