Pearl Williams

A public viewing will be conducted from 12:00 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at St. Luke Baptist Church, 3755 Bayou Black Drive, Houma, LA. Burial will follow in New Rising Sun Baptist Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Derrick Troy Williams, Sr. (Shantell); adopted daughter, Wanda W. Brown; grandchildren; Destini, Demond, Derrick, Jr., Darrien, Courtney, Demontre, Derrick III. and Michael; twenty great grandchildren; sister, Willie Mae Seals; reared children, Willie Newton, Duan W. McKenzie and Jerome Seals; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Jeannette Scott Williams; brother, Mack Perkins; sister, Agnes McGuire; paternal grandparents, Tazille and Cressie Turner Williams; maternal grandparents, Willie and Lettie Moore Scott; and devoted friend, Audrey Bell Thomas.
