Phyllis A. (PLUT) Kinchen-Crosby, age 76, a native and a resident of Franklin, La., died Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Franklin Foundation Hospital at 11:30 AM. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at St. Jules Catholic Church in Franklin, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Phyllis leaves to cherish her memories; three sons, Brian Kenneth Kinchen of San Diego, Calif., Lance Kevin Kinchen of Franklin, La., and Troy James Kinchen of Carencro, La; one daughter, Rose Mary Matthews Sampy of Abbeville, La; a brother, David Kinchen of Franklin, La; a sister, Frances Kinchen Manus of Port Arthur, TX; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; Walter Kinchen and Phyllis Henry Kinchen.
