

Born on February 3, 1935, Queen was known for her compassionate nature and the positive impact she had on those around her. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Queen Stewart's life was a testament to kindness and empathy, leaving a legacy that will be remembered fondly by her family and friends.
Queen received her primary education at Smithridge Elementary School. She was baptized by the late Rev. Flemming at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Smithridge.
She is survived by her children, Samuel Bingham (Freda) Richmond, VA; Herman Bingham (Judy) Houma, LA; Michael Bingham (Pam) Little Rock, AR; Delores Robinson, Barbara Washington (Tyrone) and Gloria Brown (Eric) all of Houma, LA; twenty-one grandchildren; forty-one great grandchildren; one sister, Beulah Bingham and one sister-in-law, Odessa Brumfield (Charles).
Preceded in death by her husband, Herman Stewart; her parents, Samuel Bingham and Catherine Johnson Bingham; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albert Stewart and Cora Smith Stewart; her siblings, Emily Bingham, Ellodie Bennett and Engeline Bingham.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the of service at 12:00 PM, Friday, December 19, 2025 at Jones Funeral Home located at 230 South Hollywood Rd Houma, LA. Burial will follow in Mt Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Chauvin, LA.
