Ray Charles Fontenot, age 56, a resident and a native of Franklin died Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 5:55 AM at Franklin Health Care Center. Visitation will be Friday, November 2, 2012 at Jones Funeral Home in Franklin, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in the Lutheran Benevolent Cemetery in Franklin, La. Ray leaves to cherish his memories; six brothers, James Fontenot of New Iberia, La., David Grimm (Sharon Parker), Clarence ""Andrea"" Grimm, Thomas Fontenot and Jerry ""Allison"" Fontenot all of Franklin, La; and Claude Grimm of Houston, TX; four sisters, Gloria Lofton, Ethel Tardy and Cindy Tardy all of Franklin, La., and Debra Fontenot of Jeanerette, La; and a host of relatives and friends.
