Raymond Charles Scott

A public viewing will be conducted from 12:30 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S Hollywood Road, 230 S. Hollywood Road, Houma, LA, 70360. (Per CDC regulations/local requirements all visitors must wear face masks in building at all times). Burial will follow in First Baptist Church Cemetery in Schriever, LA.

He is survived by his wife, Earline Antoine Scott; sons, Chucky Antoine (Keisha) and Demond Sims (Jescita); daughter, Campanella Antoine (Leonard); fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; mother, Beatrice Scott Howard; mother-in-law, Rosie Lee Antoine; brothers,  the Rev. John (Pamela, Lynwood (Mary), Clarence, Rhubin, Henry, Issac (Betty), William, Joseph and Milton Scott; sisters, Priscilla Scott (Harold) and Tammy Robinson (Sterling); and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Henry Howard; father-in-law, Lawrence Francis; brothers, Phillip Scott and James Howard; sisters, Rosie Livas, Emily Scott, Loumenty Allen, Rementer Frey.
