Sherman Arthur Madise

Sherman Arthur Madise, age 34, a native of Morgan City, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, June 9, 2012 at his residence. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 415 Union St., in Morgan City, La., from 8:00 AM until 12:00 Service with mass at 1:00 PM. Burial in the Morgan City Cemetery. Sherman leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Florence Madise and her companion of Berwick, La., his father, Calvin Johnson, Jr., of Morgan City, La., his loving aunts, Ms. Carolyn D. Thomas, Mrs. Gerald (Mary) Watson and Ms. Angelee Johnson all of Morgan City, La., Mrs. Ronnie (Debra) Myers of Berwick, La., Mrs. Frank (Monica) Jones and Mrs. Lawrence (Ellen) Madise both of Patterson, La., and his uncles, Joseph Peter (Olivia) Madise of Morgan City, La., and Norbert Madise of Baldwin, La., and a host of cousins, relatives, great aunts and aunts and friends. Survived also by his caregivers of Angel Care. Sherman was preceded in death by his grandparents, Daisy Mae Davis Madise, Eugene Madise, Calvin Johnson, Sr., and Mary Johnson, his maternal and paternal great grandparents, and other family members.
