Shirley Mae Wesley, age 65, a resident of St. Martinville, La. and native of Ashton, La., died Sunday, December 11, 2011 at her residence at 3:00 PM. Visitation will be Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Macedonia Baptist Church in Ashton, La., from 10:00 AM until funeral 1:00 PM. Burial will be in the Macedonia Baptist Cemetery. Shirley leaves to cherish her memory; two sons, Joseph Arceneaux of Phoenix City, Ala, and Glen (Joyce) Arceneaux of Mamou, La; two daughters, Cheryl Dugas of St. Martinville and Catina (Tyler) Arceneaux of Verdunville, La; two sisters, Ora Mae Jones of Ashton, La., and Alice Colbert of Franklin, La; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of relatives and friends.
