Thomas was a Veteran of the United States Army and a Retired Engineer for Merchant Marine.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Claudia W. Moseley of Morgan City, LA; one son, Justin Thomas Moseley and a host of other relatives and friends.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Louis Moseley and Geraldyne Irene Davidson-Moseley.
