Addie Bell Kirkendall left this earth to be with her loved ones in Heaven, on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. She was born Addie Bell Kerby, in Hamilton, Texas, on July 3, 1929, to Sullivan Ross and Mary Adeline Kerby.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, as well as her eight siblings. She was the last of nine children. She was also preceded in death by her husband Riley Kirkendall, and her daughters Ina Lockey, and Bonnie Johnson. Addie is survived by her daughter Karen Rounsavall, son Dwight Kirkendall, and daughter-in-law Marlene Kirkendall. Grandchildren Lisa Hunt, Robert Lockey, Lindsay Lockey, Treva Davis, Tina Swortzel, Russel Johnson, Melanie Siedler, Kevin Kirkendall, and Brandon Rounsavall. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Addie was an awesome lady! She was always up for fun and good times and was always there if you needed her. Her presence on this earth will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.
