Adrian Martin Cervantes, age 40, of Houston, died on September 15, 2016 at his childhood home in Houston, Texas, after a long battle of colon cancer stage 4. He was born on November 11, 1975, in Torreon, Coahuila, the son of Genaro and Carmen Cervantes. He was an Electrical Engineer and graduated from University of Oklahoma in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and licensed from the National Society of Professional Engineers. One of his passions was baseball from childhood to adulthood. He served as head coach for Outkast Select Team, and also known for coaching Dixie Little League and OFA teams. He is survived by his sons, daughter, and wife: Adrian Cervantes Jr, Arianna Marie Cervantes, Johnny Torres, Andrew Torres and wife Denise Marie Cervantes. Also survived by his parents and siblings, Genaro Cervantes Sr, Carmen Cervantes with siblings Genaro Cervantes Jr., Carmen Cervantes, Raquel Soto and Victoria Cervantes. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 20, at Crespo Funeral 2516 Navigation Blvd in Houston at 5-9pm with 7pm Rosary. On Wednesday, September 21, service will be held at St. Christopher Catholic Church 8150 Park Place Blvd, Houston, TX 77017 at 10:30am.
