It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Agron Xhaferi, who left this world peacefully at the age of 84 on August 20, 2025, at his home in Katy, Texas, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born on March 5, 1941, in Albania, Agron’s life was a testament to resilience, devotion, and love. Growing up during the hardships of communist Albania, he learned perseverance and sacrifice—values that defined him throughout his life. In 1990, with courage and hope, he immigrated to the United States, determined to build a brighter future for his family. Through hard work and unwavering faith, he created a new home and lasting opportunities for generations to come, leaving behind a legacy that will endure forever.
Agron was the heart of his family: a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather. He always put family first, showing unconditional love, strength, and wisdom. His warmth, generosity, and guidance touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. To his children and grandchildren, he was not only a guiding light but also a protector, a mentor, and a blessing beyond measure.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Bukuri Xhaferi; his children, Tomor and wife Marsela, Devoll and wife Rozeta, Nesti and wife Gentjana, Medin and wife Arjola, Eriona and husband Nezir Aliko, and Edjola and husband Listian Rustem; along with his fourteen grandchildren, extended family, and many dear friends in both the United States and Albania.
Though deeply missed, his love, strength, and example will continue to guide and inspire always.
May he rest in eternal peace.
Join us as we honor and celebrate the memory of Agron Xhaferi on Friday, August 22 at Perry's Steakhouse, 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
