I think back on the times we had. Skateboarding, jammin' together, sometimes just hanging out and enjoying each other's company. From day to day, some memories will fade...but I'll always remember you bud. I am very happy to have had you as my friend. Miss you man

I am sorry I could not have offered my condolences sooner, just yesterday I asked about Alex, only to find out about his death. I can not explain how sad I am. I was not best friends with Alex, but being around him you could tell he was the greatest friend anyone could ever have. I would find myself these past two years after graduating, thinking of what Alex was doing these days, and wondering how he has been. That's the kind of person Alex was, one you just don't ever forget about. Since my last name is Flores, Alex and I were always in test rooms together, even had classes. Every time we conversed we always found a way to make each other laugh, even if I would say something not so funny, he would smile just to see me trying. I remember and I was very honored to stand next to Alex during his graduation. We were soo excited we had finally made it, it was written all over his face. 

I will never ever forget Alex Flood, he was definitely one  of God's own creation and one of the coolest, funniest, so down to earth guy I have EVER met.

I do not know you, but I just have to say I am so sorry for your loss.  I cannot imagine how it is to loose a child, but my heart hurts for you.  You are in my thoughts and prays daily as I was at the site of the accident, and I could not help but pray for Alex and all of you since that time.  May you find peace in the fond memories of Alex.   Someday you will all be together again.  In the meantime, Alex will be watching over you.

I had known Alex from middle and high school and was so devastated when I heard the news. My memories of Alex are mainly from the skatepark we all went to back in 7th and 8th grade and having english and history classes together. I met Alex at a friend's house about two years ago. Although it was only a brief encounter then, it will stick with me for a lifetime now.
