

Alibaba A. Dehkordi, 82, was born March 21, 1931 in Shakre-Kord, Iran and passed away quietly December 19, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Ali attended some high school, but left school to take care of his mother and family. He started to work at an Oil Company Refinery as a mechanic and heavy equipment operator in Southern Iran (Abadan) at age 16 and retired 47 years later. Ali also had a side job repairing and selling motorcycles. He was married at 19 years old Khanom-naz Bani Asadi Dehkordi and shared his life with her for 65 years. Ali loved his family and anyone who touched his heart, he considered them family and never forgot the kindness of those people. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Javaher and Ali Morad Dehkordi; his dear sister Sanam and is brother Rahim; grandson, Sasan and niece Sara. Ali is survived by his wife Khanom-naz; daughters, Fatameh Aliyari & husband Reza, Farzaneh Dehkordi & husband Fariborz; sons, Reza & wife Sherry, Fred & wife Sahar, Parvis & wife Sarah, Farhad & wife Yalda and Khosrow; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Rahmon, Karim and especially his brother, Abbas & his wife Farideh whom he considered like a son. A special thanks for all who supported him, surrounded him, took care of him and our family wishes to thank all of you.
