She leaves behind her greatest legacy; her family. She will deeply be missed by her son who was her everything. The last 7 months she lived was with her son and his wife. Some of the best moments of her life were spent with her son and daughter in law in their home that became her new home. There was nothing her son and his wife wouldn't do for her, and everything she wanted she got it. She was the Reina of her son's home and she knew it, we "ALL" knew it. She was cared for by her son's wife who she always called "Sandy". She would always say "Tu eres mi hija, y apenas tu para todo. Nadie me conoce como tú mi Sandy".
One of her favorite things to do was play Mexican Bingo; not just for fun, but for "Dinero". She loved playing for hours each day with Sandy and granddaughters. But you had to be careful she was known to bend the rules. She also loved her café and ice cream. You couldn't walk in a room without her demanding "Cafe". Once you walked in with it her eyes quickly brightened with a smile.
She was the strongest women we ever knew, yet her long and tiring battle for life has come to an end. Now she lies in eternal peace as we mourn and celebrate the loving memories she leaves behind.
