Mi abuelita materna. La única abuela que fui bendecida en conocer. Gracias por ser tú. Gracias por ser tan chistosa, inteligente, y cariñosa. Gracias por tu carácter tan fuerte porque me enseñaste cómo ser una mujer con valores, modales, y principios. Gracias por enseñarme cómo pintar, dibujar, y usar mi lado artístico. Gracias por hablarme en catalán - cuando estuve viviendo en España me pude comunicar con la familia sin problema. Y sobre todo - gracias por demostrarme amor incondicional. Te extrañaré por siempre y te amaré eternamente. T’ESTIMO MOLT. 

I loved how mami was always like “Did you paint today?!” “Are you painting?” Because she always loved to paint and so do I so that pushed me a lot to paint.  Now she is in heaven with nena and papi, I’ll miss you mami. 

My fondest memory of my grandma is her showing me art and drawing. She had a passion for it and loved to show me how to draw and paint. I can remember going to her house and I would spend hours drawing and painting with her.I will miss my grandma dearly for she was the sweetest person to me and to everyone.

What is Dying?
I'm standing on the seashore. A ship sails to the morning breeze and starts for the ocean.  She's an object and I stand watching her. Till at last she fades from the horizon,  and, someone at my side says, "she's gone!!", gone where?. Gone from my sight, that's all; she's just as large in the masts, hull and spars as she was when I saw her, and just as able to bear her load of living freight to it's destination. The diminished size and total loss of sight is me, not in her; and just at the moment when someone at my side says, "she's gone ", there are others who are watching her coming and other voices taken up a glad shout, "there she comes "............and that is dying.

Mi querida madre, extraño nuestras conversaciones de madre e hija, hablabamos de todo. Del clima, politica, religion, temas actuales y por supuesto de la familia, a la que tanto de dedicastes con mucho amor. Espero estes junto a mi padre y mi adorada Nenamaca.
