I so wish I had known this sooner. Annie Jackson was one of the kindest, sweetest ladies I have ever known. She was so beautiful inside as well as outside. I can't even begin to express how much I admired and respected her! My prayers go out to her beautiful family. We all know she now lives in peace forever with our Heavenly Father.

We will be thinking about you all. Sorry we didn't know sooner, we were on a little vacation and just now talked to Ruby.  Know this is such a loss loosing both your parents. Know that they are together still!

God bless Aunt Annie!  She had suffered for so long and even though it is so hard to give her up now after just saying goodby to Uncle Leroy, oh what joy to know that they are together now and neither one has to suffer any more.  What good memories I have of the Jackson family visits to Decatur and the one time I got to visit in Houston.  She was always so pretty, so tiny and had such a beautiful smile.  How blest I feel to have been able to call her my "Aunt Annie".  My heart and prayers go out to all of you.

Annie was very special to our family and we will miss her very much. There was always excitement in the air when Annie and Leroy were coming to Alabama for a visit; maybe a trip to Gatlingburg or Shebyville was on the schedule. What sweet fellowhship we always with them and their family. We thank God for having all this time with them and we pray for their family during this time. You were special to us and we will see you again in heaven but now we share the memories of our times together here and in Houston.

Annie Jackson, my mother-in-law, is why my entire family knows our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and for that and many other kindnesses, she is my hero.  Her hours of prayer for all of us every morning were deeply felt as Annie truly had a hotline to God.  I can't think of anyone that I have known in my life who will be as joyous as she no doubt is right now in the presence of Jesus Christ.

What a special person my Aunt Annie was.  And like Janet says, she and Uncle Leroy were one.  Although extremely painful for those of us here, it would have been nearly impossible for her.  So with her health failing daily, what occurred was a true blessing for everyone. We will miss both of them, oh so very much, but knowing they are no longer in any pain or distress does make us smile and remember ALL the great times together as a family-sad, happy, crazy, funny, zany.   Love to all--Lisa Kaye, Ruby & Gene, Nick and the rest of us in GA.

I stood with Annie when she married my brother and three years later she was in my wedding.  Through sixty years we shared family events and because of a mutual belief in the Lord Jesus Christ, heavenly celebrations will continue throughout eternity.
