Arthur Ray Collins Jr. was born March 26,1976. To loving parents Clorida and Arthur Collins Sr. in Houston, Texas. Arthur played football and graduated from J. Frank Dobie High School in 1994. Upon graduation he went straight into the work industry. He dedicated the next 26 years of his life to Shenault were he started as a tech and worked himself up to Field Supervisor which is now known as Clean Ha. He is preceded by his devoted wife Tiffany Renee Collins and his stepson De’Vion Dewane Edwards. A godson Davis Leon Grear Jr. He has two sisters Cathy Collins and Elizabeth Chambers. A heart-warming mother in law Teresa J Edwards, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
