Barbra Johnson, born in Houston, TX, passed away peacefully at home in Huntsville, TX on March 8, 2026. She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her devoted husband, Leon Harvey Johnson Sr.; her daughter, Umeki Hines (Reginald); her sons: Michael Davis (DeAngelique) and Kamisky Davis (Yuqueenta); and a host of other relatives including grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with two siblings; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Barbra’s life will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church located at 1620 Dollywright St. in Houston, Texas 77088. The viewing will be at 10am followed by the funeral at 11am. Rev. Dayle E. Perry, Pastor, will be officiating.
