He was one of my best friends during high school, and some of my most cherished memories are with him. I deeply regret not staying in touch as much during college, and it weighs heavy on me. It really shocked me when I heard the news because I was recently going to catch up with him and Ethan (ben’s cousin and my friend)  until he told me about his illness.

Ben had such an incredible way of making people laugh and seen. I’ll always hold onto the times we spent together and the laughs we shared especially during the covid pandemic. My thoughts are with everyone who loved him.

Ben brought so much joy to every moment. His laughter was contagious, and his spirit truly lit up the room. He will be deeply missed.

Ben was one of my first new friends coming into Bridgeland High School. He was someone kind, easy to talk to, and made everyone around him laugh with his sense of humor. Each day in our 9th grade biology class was always a day filled with joy. I wished I kept in contact with him more after covid and graduation, but I am truly grateful to have known him and for the good memories we shared. My deepest condolences go out to all of his loved ones.

I’ve known Ben since the 7th grade in Salyards Middle School. I had the pleasure of getting to be in the same orchestra as him up until High School. While I was friends with him for that amount of time, he has made a lasting impression on my life. He was such a kind and funny soul, and he could make anyone laugh by cracking a joke. He was a fenomenal cello player and a great friend. While I didn’t have much contact with him for the past few years, I want to send my deepest condolences to his family and close friends. We all loved you very much, and I will never forget you. Rest easy now Ben.

I tend to forget a lot of people from high school, but Ben is someone who never left my mind. I know he was mainly an orchestra kid (and for good reason he was incredible), but I'm so glad he joined choir for a while because his voice was truly amazing. He was also one of the most fun parts about music theory class. He just made music looks so easy and I always admired how seemingly naturally talented he was. Every song he touched became that much better when he was involved. I wish I got to know him more before covid hit and I graduated, but I'm so happy I got to experience his musical talent and sense of humor. Truly a one-of-a-kind person.

Ben was the first friend I ever made when I moved to cypress. It was second grade and I remember it like it was yesterday, and we remained friends for the rest of our time in school. Ben’s one of the reasons I was able to make friends here in cypress, and every memory I have shared with him I look back on fondly.

Ben was one of the first people my twin and I connected with when we started going to school at Bridge Land High School. He was extremely intelligent, talented, and one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. My memories of him are filled with smiles and laughter, I’m so grateful I was able to be his friend and get to know him. My condolences to his family.

Ben and I share a first name. It was small but throughout high school he always provided a light throughout my life. My condolences to his family and love ones.

Ben was my first real friend I made in middle school. He was my best friend for most of high school as well. We were in the same orchestra class in middle school and did a duet together at our first solo ensemble competition. It feels like a lifetime ago and regret very much not catching up with him in the past couple years after high school. He will always have a fond place in my memories as someone who helped shape me into who I am today.
