

Born on July 20, 1943, in Houston, Texas, Betty was a kind, loving person whose greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. She had a genuine gift for making everyone feel included, instinctively welcoming acquaintances and friends alike and quickly making them feel like a part of her own family.
For many years, Betty dedicated her working life as the assistant to the principal at Cy-Fair High School, where her warm nature and helpful spirit touched the lives of countless students and colleagues.
Betty is preceded in death by her sisters, Jane, Madelyn, and Vicki.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years, Anthony "Red" Willis; her two loving children, Angela and Stephen Willis; and four beloved grandchildren, Adriana, Evelyn, Max, and Clementine. She also leaves behind her sister, Loretta, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who adored her.
Betty Jo Willis will be deeply missed, but her love leaves a lasting imprint on all who knew her.
Service Information: A funeral service to celebrate Betty's life will be held on Thursday, October 16, at 11:30 am at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 10135 West Rd, Houston, TX 77064.
A reception will follow at the church after the service, where all are invited to share memories and celebrate Betty's life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make contribution to Alzheimer’s research, or another charity of your choice.
