Tina was born August 9, 1920 to Bessie and Ernest Long in Britton, Oklahoma. Tina attended schools in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Brackenridge High School. She was a talented artist and began her career making maps with Edgar Tobin Survey Co. During WWII, the Army Map Service teamed with Tobin Co. and Tina drafted maps for the Normandy Invasion in 1944 and the Invasion of Anzio. After WWII Tina was a draftsman for many petroleum companies in San Antonio and Houston, Texas. Tina loved golf and was a founder and Honorary Director of Women's Golf Charities. Tina was a longtime resident of Hedwig Village. She will be missed by many dear friends, neighbors and best friend- Nita. Tina passed away October 24, 2013.
