Camdyn McKenna Julich

Camdyn McKenna Julich passed away suddenly on March 16, 2022 at Dell Seton Hospital in Austin, Texas. She was born on February 3, 2006 in Houston, Texas to Scott and Christa Julich. Camdyn grew up in the Cypress area attending St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School, Swenke Elementary, Salyards Middle School and Bridgeland High School.

She was in track and the Choir at Salyards, sang with the Houston Girls’ Choir, and was a 1st Lieutenant in the Junior Air Force ROTC program where she earned the position of the Commander of the Jr. Varsity Unarmed Drill Team. Camdyn was a lifeguard for CFISD and the community of Fairfield.

Camdyn was strong in her faith and participated in several church youth group programs with her friends including Good Shepherd, Community of Faith, and Second Baptist. Camdyn was a bright light to all who knew her.

She is survived by her parents, Scott and Christa Julich, sisters Alysa, Chiara and Charleigh Julich of Cypress, her paternal Grandparents Leo and Cassie Julich in Champions, her Aunt Angela Giles and her children; Gavin, Gillian and Genna Giles, her maternal grandparents Ron and Carol Simons in Muldoon, Texas, her Uncle Micah and Aunt Stacy Simons and their children Cayden and Dugan Simons and many more from both the Julich and Simons family as well as all her friends.

Camdyn was an organ donor and saved the life of six others and gave the gift of sight. Camdyn was sassy and always insisted everyone have a smile on their face. Please go forward in life and celebrate your successes with her, talk to her and seek her solace when you need comfort and remember her vibrant life presence.

Camdyn your Mommy and Daddy miss you and will hold you in our hearts forever.

Camdyn's favorite color was purple, please wear purple to celebrate and honor her life.
