Oh sister we are in shock.  You know by now because you are an Angel from God and you now have Armando with you. I can't believe Mondo is gone. He missed you so much. We miss you so much, but he really needed you still. I know you are a happy Momma with a big smile and I know Mondo is happy to have gone to Heaven to be with you and the rest of the loving family. We will miss him just as much as we miss you. I feel in my heart you both are now resting in peace together. I love you sister and I love Mondo. He has come along way in his short life. It gives me comfort that he is not alone. And you are at easy to have Mondo with you to take care of just like you did here on earth.  Enjoy your Heavenly lives together. Hi sister sitting here thinking about you. Just wondering what we would be doing now that I quite my job because you wanted me too. Anyway been spending time with the kids I know they miss you. They miss you a lot just like me and Gregg. So the holidays are coming and its going to be hard because mom is now gone to Heaven with you. But knowing that I have the rest of the Family we will get through.  It's not going to be easy but we will make it. It is so different our lives have changed with you gone and now mom. I just think about the fun times. Like when we went to San Antonio me you mom and Amanda we had so much fun. Anyway just thinking about you and mom. I love you sister and miss you. Hey mom, I have been thinking a lot about you these past few day. Getting through this next weekend is going to be hard as well. Xavier birthday was the other day and it wasn't so happy.  The night before his birthday I asked him what he was going to wish for and he got really quite and serious and said that "he wished you could come back for his birthday" it took everything in me not to breakdown. We tried our hardest to make it the best but deep inside it wasn't. Now Mother's day is around the corner and I it hurts to hear about it. I guess there are going to be many moments and celebrations that are going to be tough for me to handle. I got to know that you will be there with me and that you will help me through. I love you and always will.

Mom, I am writing to you in here with hope that you can read these little messages all the way from Heaven. I can write a million times that I love you and that I miss you like crazy but that number still won't be enough. My life will never be the same and I can't find the happiness I had when you were here with all of us! I know that you will always be around in Spirit and that's something I need to remind myself and the kids. They miss you like no one else. My sweet sister. I did it. I finally gave my notice. I'm staying home now. You would tell me everyday to quit my job so I could hang out with you and mom and Angie. Well I have done it but the only thing is you are not here to share my time off. I write this as tears roll down my face. Some days I can't even breathe....and when I have a BAD day.....you aren't here to "Talk me off the ledge I want to jump off.)  But you are with me. My dear sister.  I don't know where to begin. I miss you so much. I still wait for your call. You left me without saying goodbye.  My heart hurts everyday for you. My eyes cry with tears. My head aches for you because I keep thinking and wondering why you had to leave me. These last few months have been really tough for me because I think it's all a bad dream. You were my heart and soul a sister could ever ask for. I looked up to you for guidance.  When our house phone rings I just look at it and cry because it's not you. Words can not express how much I miss you. It is unbareable how much my heart aches for you. I am empty and lost without you. Our time together was cut short and I'm not able to understand why nor will I ever. I love you and always will. Forever your daughter ?

We have come to another day and I miss my cousin Carmen I just want one more call from her. She would ask me what I'm doing and would tell her I'm with the my family or I';m with  my grand daughters. She would say ok I'll talk to you later.  Or when I would walk she would stop and want to take me home, One Saturday morning Hugo and I were walking and she was at the corner taco stand we stopped and chatted for awhile when we were walking away she yelled out to me and said I don't why your walking it's no doing you any good.  She cracked us up that is my cousin who I will miss.  I don't know how I'm going to walk behind the subsivion and not break down.  She brough joy and laghter and I thank God for the time she was here with us she is now surrounded by our loved in Heaven.  Love you all.

Dear cousins and Tia Mary, the photos in the "Gallery" show Carmen's personality as we remember her. She always had a smile for everyone.
