A visitation for Carmen will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 10:30 AM at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 13350 Ashford Point Dr, Houston, TX 77082.
