Carol Jean Pierce

Carol Jean Pierce passed in the company of her children, brothers, and sisters, on March 4th, 2013 after battling pancreatic cancer. Carol was born on July 15th, 1951 in Chandler, OK. She is preceded in death by her parents Gracie Marie and Jesse Taylor. Carol leaves behind her two children, Larry Clinton Pierce and Grace LeAnne Pierce, and granddaughter Madison Anne Hatcher. Carol was the youngest of six, Tom Taylor, Connie Carmichael, Rita Gibson, Jerry Taylor, and Ruth Pfiester. She was a wonderful mother who loved her children and family. She was also blessed to have many nieces and nephews whom loved her very much. Carol was blessed to have many friends, she was loved my many and will be dearly missed. We celebrate her life here as her new life starts with our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. The family will receive friends onThursday, March 7th, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, and a memorial service Friday, March 8th, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek. The family will have her transported to Wellston, OK for a service at Lehman Funeral Home, Sunday, March 10th at 2:00 pm before arriving at her final resting place of Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Chandler, OK.
