Carol (Judy) Lynn Williams, 65, of Spring Branch, Texas, went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2021. Carol was born in Houston, Texas on October 13, 1955 to parents Ellis Clinton and Claudine Evesta Wilkinson.
Carol married the love of her life Russell Eugene Williams on June 20, 1980. They spent 41 years learning, building, and growing together as two imperfect people refusing to give up on a life they dreamed to share. Their love and dedication to one another was visible and admired.
The love she had for Jesus and her family was unwavering.
Carol was dedicated to spending quality time with those she loved so dearly. Whether you were born into her life for chosen along the way, once you were loved by Carol, you were “family” and she’d do anything within her power to foster that love and care. Her strength of building strong and lasting connections through honesty, generosity, and kindness, touched so many lives throughout her Earthly journey and will carry on as her legacy.
Carol spent most of her professional career in the Wire and Cable industry, which was referred to as a “man’s business”. Armed with a strong work ethic, connective nature, and determination, she over powered gender barriers as she successfully led her team beyond expectations. Carol was well respected in her profession, nation-wide.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Russell Eugene Williams; her children of which she loved deeply, Son Timothy Bryan Ng and Daughter Stacey Lynn Roff; Grandchildren whom brought her the greatest joy, Korey Ng, Tenlee Roff, Taylor Roff, and Cade Roff; Treasured siblings, Brothers Mack Wilkinson, Jim Wilkinson, Clinton Wilkinson, and Phillip Wilkinson; Sisters Wanda Gail Kinard and Roma Jean Hartley; as well as many loved nieces and nephews.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Ellis Clinton and Claudine Wilkinson; Brother, Harold Wayne Wilkinson and her nephew Gary Detloft.
Carol was a “dreamer” that spent her time making those dreams reality. She departed this life feeling blessed and grateful for the experiences, relationships, and memories created in her 65 years. The beauty and love she brought to the lives of all that knew her will be greatly missed and only comforted by knowing she is home with Jesus as our eternal Guardian Angel.
Officiating will be Brother Terry McDonald.
Family and Friends are lovingly invited to celebrate her life in service on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 11:00am at Brookside Memorial Park 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A graveside burial to follow service.
