Caroline was born to Frederick and Camille Quebe on April 27, 1942. After college, she taught Latin at private schools in Houston and Tulsa. She met her husband, Philip Blair Jones, at a church gathering. They had four children: Calvin, Geoffrey, Jennifer, and Camille.
Caroline loved to read, garden, and travel. She filled her home with classical music while enjoying a cup of Earl Gray tea. Most weekends were spent connecting with friends and family and watching favorite programs like Downton Abbey and Father Brown.
Caroline is survived by four children, eight grandchildren, and many close friends. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer’s Association at https://www.alz.org/texas.
A committal service for Caroline will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
