Carolyn Louise Collins, 76, entered into eternal rest on February 2, 2015. She grew up in Houston, Texas and lived there her whole life. She liked to read, work out in the yard, spend time with her animals and all of her strays thoughout her years. She loved her family especially spending time with her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She loved to go to her casinos. She enjoyed traveling on vacation to New Braunfels and crabbing in Galveston.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Earl Gilbert Collins; daughters: Diane Barnett & husband William Barnett, Jr.; Jeanne Eggers; grandchildren: Christina Watson, Caitlin Eggers, William Barnett, Daniel Barnett, Andreas Eggers; great granddaughters: Breanna & Jayme Watson, also one on the way; brother, Jeff Ferguson; sisters: Yvonne Nelson & Joann Hartford.Visitation will be from 5-8PM on Wednesday, February 4th. Funeral service will be held at 2PM on Thursday, February 5th at Brookside Funeral Home.
