

Charles Frederic Tomme, 76, of Katy, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012. Born on July 12, 1935, in Ringgold, La. He had a passion for cooking and woodworking, crafting many gifts for family and friends. He was an active member of the Church of the Holy Apostles in Katy, TX, serving in various ministries. Charles was an integral part of many productions for The Kings Company, additionally he served on the Hospitality, and Armed Forces ministries as well as being an active member of the Supper Club group. Charles proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. Always with a smile, he never met a stranger.
Charles is survived by his wife Lou of 54 years, his son Chris and wife Pam, daughter-in-law Sandy and three grandchildren, Caleb, Samuel and Adam. He is preceded in death by his son Charles (Chuck).
Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life and attend memorial services to be held on Thursday, May 24th at the Church of the Holy Apostles, 1225 West Grand Parkway, Katy, Tx at 6:00pm.
