Christina Lorraine Reyes

Christina Lorraine Gill, age 86, of Sugar Land Texas, passed away on November 1, 2025. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, on March 12, 1939, to parents Cipriano Gill and Zapopam Gill. Christina graduated from Ray Miller High School and received a Nursing degree from Del Mar College. She met her husband, Esteban, in church at the Assembly of God in Corpus Christi, Texas. They were married on August 1, 1956. Christina worked for Methodist Hospital for over 30 years.

 Christina is preceded in death by her daughters, Debra D. Wenninger (Dave) of Richmond, TX, and Doris D. Ostrander (Ron) of Sugar Land TX; parents, Zapopam Gill and Cipriano Gill of Freer, TX; siblings,    Irene Garcia (Rodrigo) of Corpus Christi, TX, Cipriano Gill Jr. (Beatrice) of Corpus Christi, TX, Joe Anthony Gill of Corpus Christi, TX, and, Joan Gill of Corpus Christi, TX; grandchildren, JJ Zilch, and Kristina Ostrander.

 Christina is also survived by her husband, Esteban Reyes of Sugar Land, TX; daughter, Daphne D. Zilch (Jason) of Richmond, TX; sons-in-law, Dave Wenninger of Richmond, TX, and Ron, Ostrander of Sugar Land, TX; siblings, Betty Bitoni (Matt) of Freer, TX, Gene Gill (Maria) of Corpus Christi, Stanley Gill (Eva) of Aransas Pass, and Angel Perez  (Pete) of Freer, TX; grandchildren, Joshua Zilch of Sugar Land, TX (Natalie), David Wenninger of Richmond, TX, Ronny Ostrander (Haley) of Conroe, TX, Stefanie Reese (Ryan) of Sugar Land, TX, Danielle De Los Santos (Jose) of Rosenberg, TX, and  Sean Ostrander (Jenava) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 12 great grandchildren.

 Pallbearers will be Ron Ostrander, Dave Wenninger, Joshua Zilch, David Wenninger, Ronny Ostrander, and Sean Ostrander.
