

She was born on the 16th of July 1937 in Houston, Texas. A life-long Houstonian, Connie graduated from San Jacinto High School in 1955 and married her high school sweetheart, John W. Morrow, Jr. that same year. While in high school she was a member of the Golden Gauchos where she made life-long friends. Connie was a devoted wife and mother and loved her home. She was a terrific cook where she could show her New Orleans heritage. She loved her plants and most of all, she loved animals, all animals (except snakes). She was a supporter of the SPCA and could never turn away a stray animal. She served with the Houston Junior Forum for over 20 years working with the senior citizens.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Mildred Rose and Edward Jules LeCorgne; her husband of 58 years, John William Morrow, Jr. and her son, Michael Bradley Morrow. She is survived by her sons, John William Morrow, III and Scott Edward Morrow; daughter, Kellye Lynn Morrow Babin and husband, David; grandchildren, Adrienne Anne Morrow, Trenton Howard Morrow; John Michael Prostko, Cameryn Leigh Prostko and Jacob Thomas Babin; brothers, K. Clinton Morrow and wife, Carol; and Robert Edward Morrow and wife, Sandra; and his three nieces and a nephew.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o’clock in the afternoon until seven o’clock in the evening on Thursday, the 17th of April, in the parlor and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
The funeral service is to be conducted at eleven o’clock in the morning on Friday, the 18th of April, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons. Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent grand foyer.
The interment will follow, via an escorted cortege, at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.
