Cora Lee Brinkley passed away January 29, 2021. She was born June 15, 1935 in Buckner, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by husband, Dalton Wayne Brinkley, March 31, 2005 and son, Ricky Joe Brinkley, October 2, 1977.
She is survived by daughter, Robin Young and husband Russell, sons Mark Brinkley and Greg Brinkley and wife Debra, grandchildren, Chad Brinkley, Stacey Wiese, Erin Mistretta, Britni Sullivan and Ryan Brinkley, great grandchildren, Austin Knight, Marissa Bender, Brock Bender, Baron Bender, Olivia Mistretta, Emma Mistretta and Beckham Sullivan.
The family will receive friends and extended family for services on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Brookside Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The funeral service will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m. with the interment to follow immediately in Brookside Memorial Park.
