He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Mata, Sr., sister, Crystal Ann Valdez, paternal grandmother Eudelia Perea, and paternal grandmother, Guadalupe Mata.
His memory will be cherished by his family, mother Sanjuanita "Janie" Mata, daughter, Crystal Ann Mata, maternal grandfather, Juan Parea, paternal grandfather, Ruben Mata and numerous extended family members.
