Daniel Reyna

He was married to Irene Reyna on April, 24 1968. Daniel worked a career in construction for Brown & Root in the 70's and thereafter pursued his personal construction business. He was a parishioner at St. Patrick's Catholic Church and had a passion for gardening, day trips to neighboring towns, enjoyed the casinos, lottos and scratch offs. His work was his passion.

He is survived by his son Mark Reyna (wife Louanna) of Houston, Texas, his Daughter Gloria Melissa Strimple (husband Russell) of Spring, Texas, his daughter Belinda Luna (husband Andrew) of Houston, Texas. He is survived by his grandchildren Daniel Reyna, Jacob Reyna, Charity Strimple, Victoria Strimple, Isabella Strimple, Katarina Strimple, Lindy Rostro (husband Alberto), and Monica Dishongh (husband Glenn). He is survived by his Great grandchildren Cameron Graves, Nicholas Garcia, Kevin Salinas, Alizee Dishongh, and also, he is survived by his sister Juana Porras (husband Robert) and Brother, Alberto aka "Chino" Reyna (wife Ana Hernandez).

Not all dads wear suits to work; ours wore boots. Not all dads have the privilege of a higher education, but our father had the determination to succeed. Not all dads know the value of a dollar, but our father demonstrated how hard work, and perseverance can grow your future. Dad you were a man of few words, but a man of many life lessons.

A special "Thank you" to our father's caregivers, you ladies have gone over and beyond. Not only were you there for him but you became our family's support. You will always have a special place in our hearts.

A visitation for Daniel will be held Friday, March 21, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. A rosary service will occur Friday, March 21, 2025, at 7:00 PM, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. A chapel service will occur Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. A committal service will occur Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas 77023.
