He was a graduate of Penn State with a Masters Degree in Physics. He retired as a Geophysicist from Shell Oil Company. He was an avid reader of American History and Astrophysics books.
David was predeceased by his parents: Stanislaus M. Dobrzykowski and Helen G. Dobrzykowski (Sewell).
He is survived by his sisters: Carol D. Trotta (Dobrzykowski) and Susan M. Dobrzykowski; brother in law, Angelo L. Trotta; nephew, Angelo D. Trotta; niece, Karen S. Moan (Trotta); and two great nieces.
