David was born on November 1, 1969, in Santa Clara, California, to Arturo M. Flores and Rose Marie Flores Trevino. He was a devoted member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, where his faith helped guide him throughout his life.
David was a proud Marine, and that strength and sense of loyalty stayed with him in everything he did. But just as much, he was a cowboy at heart—independent, hardworking, and always ready to take on whatever came his way. He wasn’t someone who sat still for long. Whether he was building his electrical business or working toward his degree and making the dean’s list, he believed in putting in the work and never giving up.
More than anything, David was someone you could count on. He showed up. He helped without hesitation. He cared deeply for his family and the people in his life, often in quiet ways that meant the most. He loved sports, good conversations, and being around the people he loved. His presence brought a sense of strength and comfort to those around him.
Those who knew David will remember his determination, his generosity, and the way he lived life with both grit and heart. He leaves behind memories that will be held onto tightly and a love that will not fade.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arturo M. Flores; his sister, Michelle Marie Flores Wilde; and his brothers, Paul and Roberto Flores.
He is survived by his mother, Rose Marie Flores Trevino (Jesse) of Katy, Texas; his daughter, Constance Flores Clees (Cole) of Commerce, Michigan; and his brothers, Emeterio Flores (Linda), Ricardo Flores (Marissa), and Michael Flores, all of Houston, Texas.
