As sad as it was to hear about GuGu's passing, my heart is also filled with so much love & comfort for Aunty Diana,  as she was truly blessed to have Uncle,  as well as the most wonderful children she could ever ask for, Grace & Noel, by her side!   On behalf of the Chang family, we send our deepest condolences to your entire family.  We truly appreciate Grace's effort to contact  us and  to allow us to send our final respect & prayers during Aunty Diana's Celebration of Life!!  The colorful attires &  heart felt speeches from the family members, especially from Grace and Noel was truly an incredible way to honor your mother.  I am confident Yeye & my father is now reunited with your mother in heaven.  Aunty Diana  will always be in our memory.    LOVE, Tina, Wanda, & Aunty Anne Chang.

The last time I saw Diana Wu was at CPC’s 75th Anniversary and Scholarship Awards Banquet on June 8, 2025. She was so cheerful and full of optimism, even while bravely facing her own illness and caring for her husband through his. I will always admire her strength, kindness, and the love she shared with those around her. Diana will be deeply missed. May she rest peacefully. My heart and prayers are with her family.

On behalf of the Sun family, we are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved Aunt Diana.

Her warmth, kindness, and loving spirit left a lasting impression on all of us. One of our most treasured memories was visiting her in Texas—those days were filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and a sense of closeness that we will always hold dear. It was a beautiful reminder of the love that binds family together, and we are so grateful to have shared that time with her.

Aunt Diana had a way of making everyone feel special and cared for. Her generosity, strength, and gentle heart touched our lives in ways that words can hardly express. Though we mourn her loss, we take comfort in the memories she gave us and the love she leaves behind.

Diana, I knew you for 5 years when a friend introduced me as a neighbor. I enjoy going to restaurants with you, walking in parks, shopping, and most importantly visiting with Wu Da at Tranquility Home .You were most devoted to your family. You helped me recover from breast cancer surgery. I will miss you!

每次我看到張渝穿著那雙高底鞋，優雅的走過來，隨時臉上都是開心笑容可掬，跟他聊天問候，無論談什麼都是輕鬆開心的，從沒見到她被生活瑣事壓抑騷擾過，這是多麼美好的生活狀態、處事態度。今天她悄然離去、靜靜的走了！相信她去的地方，一定是個更祥和、平靜、安樂的世界。我們會想念妳，祝妳繼續妳那快樂美好的日子！

We always knew you as "Grace and Noel’s mom." You were always perfectly poised, with that tiny waist and a ready smile — always lipsticked. You always seemed to have the right conversation starters, the right questions — whether it was about school, dance, Chinese school, or Chinese dance.  Later in life, you became a constant mahjong companion for my parents, and they would tell the funniest stories about the heated games you all got involved in.

Though we didn’t see each other often, it was always a comfort to know that you were part of my parents’ lives, and by extension, my community. Those bonds were revived as I began spending more time in Houston recently, and now we have a third generation—my son and Carter—who are getting to know each other through church and tennis.

The word that always came to mind when I thought of you was lightness—a sense of joy. I always felt that you knew how to appreciate life, your community, and the people around you, and that’s not an easy quality to come by. May you rest in peace.

Diana, my Dear friend and Mahjong partner, I was so saddened by

Diana was a beautiful lady with a lot of grace. I will miss  her smiles. I will never forget the time when I saw  Diana in church after COVID. She remembered me and grabbed my hands to say Hi and every time after that. What a warm and an exceptional lady! Looking forward to seeing her again in heaven!
