Dieter Klein, 80, of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 25, 2018. He was born in Geislingen (Steige), Germany on March 2, 1938.

He was the only child born to Fritz and Centa Klein.

As a young man he migrated to the United States in 1957. Here he enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. Deiter was a draftsman by trade and an expert engraver and landscape painter.

He was a member of the Commerative Air Force for 45 years and a member of Saint John Vianney Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Joan Marie Klein, and by numerous nieces and nephews.
