Dolores Sanchez

Dolores was born on August 23, 1945, in Henry County, Ohio, to Matias and Natalia Urdiales. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated her life to her family and friends.

She married Apolinar Sanchez, and together they raised three children: Arthur, Melissa, and Adam. Her beloved Polo preceded her in death.

Dolores will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She found joy in dancing with her husband, tending to her garden, and making every Friday night a special time for her children. Saturday evenings were their cherished time for dancing, a tradition they maintained throughout their lives. Despite always being impeccably dressed and dolled up, she had the remarkable ability to get ready faster than her husband. She always had a room for anyone who needed a loving home to stay.

In her younger years, Dolores was a beauty queen in her hometown of Holgate, Ohio, a title that highlighted her grace and charm.

She is survived by her children, Arthur Sr., Melissa, and Adam; her grandchildren, Arthur Jr., Mikey, Rachel, Marissa, Andrew, Nathanial, Mark, Nevan, Nicolas, and Nabel; and her great-grandchildren, Andrew, Faith, Aubree, Aria, Ashton, Journey, Everett, and Austin. She is also survived by her brother Gilbert and many other relatives and friends. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, Matias and Natalia, her siblings Carman, Mary, Matias Jr., Mike, Joe, Lilay, and her loving husband, Apolinar.

A Rosary Service will be held on July 29, 2024, at 6:30 pm at FUNERARIA

DEL ANGEL 5100 North Freeway, followed by a Funeral Service at Chris the King Church 4419 N Main St. on July 30, 2024, at 10:30 am. Flowers and donations are welcome.

Dolores will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
