Donald Franklin Proper, 59, of Houston, Texas passed away on Wednesday, May 6th, 2015. Born on April 28th, 1956, Don spent the majority of his life in Houston; graduating from Westbury High School in 1975. He is preceded in death by his father, Gene Proper and survived by his mother, Dorothy Proper and brother, Steve Proper. Don’s love, devotion and tender care of his Mother will always be remembered and cherished. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Forest Park-Westheimer Funeral Home. Don will always be in our hearts. Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice.
